09.30am – 10.40am – Sun Power Yoga - All levels @ My Core Wellbeing

An energising and harmonising start to the week: incorporating subtle breath work, a flowing asana sequence carried along by a beautiful soundtrack to lift your spirits. The session ends with meditation & relaxation.

A recording of this session can be emailed to you if you prefer to do the practice in the comfort of your own home.

6.00pm – 7.10pm – Ashtanga Vinyasa – Open Level @ My Core Wellbeing (4 class pack £32)

A dynamic yoga class based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga suitable for those who have completed a beginners course. The focus is on key standing, seated and finishing postures from the Primary Series whilst each week exploring different postures from later in the series including simple arm balances, backbends and inversions. Modifications and variations are given and I welcome you to bring your own props. Each week there will be a different teaching focus where we explore the inner and outer techniques of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga.

7.30pm – 8.40pm – Ashtanga Vinyasa – Basic Foundations @ My Core Wellbeing (this one will  be back on once we get in the studio)

This class will provide you with an introduction to the key elements and a stable foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. You will learn breath awareness, the key standing/seated and finishing postures as well as relaxation techniques. Safe alignment cues, modifications and how to use props are taught to develop confidence,  understand your body& get the most from your practice.

6.00 pm – 7.30pm - Ashtanga Vinyasa @ yourplace 

5 class pack £25

Would you like to do your practice in the comfort of your own home, not have to travel and still feel part of a community? this could be the class for you. Join me live for 1.5 hours of Ashtanga yoga, breath work & meditation. Each week we'll explore a theme &  develop a balanced practice by taking postures from 1st & 2nd series. Modifications are taught so we can all work & progress at our own pace.


This class is only suitable for those who have practiced Ashtanga Yoga in person with a teacher & are familiar with the Primary series (you don't have to be able to do all the postures)
