 Sun Power Yoga Fridays 9.30am 

An energising practice that encapsulates the power of the sun to generate healing & good health in our bodies & lift our spirits...good mood Yoga! 

  Gentle Hatha Yoga (pre-recorded only)

A gentle class where we combine posture, breath and meditation to improve general health, mobility and overall sense of wellbeing.

 Ashtanga Vinyasa Mondays 6pm 

Based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga covering sun salutations, standing, seated postures, backbends & inversions.   Each week the class  class will spot light a teaching from the Yoga Sutras and a particular asana (posture). Modifications are taught making this class suitable for all those that enjoy Vinyasa style Yoga.
