Charity 108 Sun Salutations & Sunset Meditation

Come join us to raise money for Zoe's Place Middlesbrough

Come and join us to salute the sun 108 times before we sit together and watch him get into his bed on the horizon.

Our setting is a beautiful field at Grace View which is home to Catherine our host and her four legged friends, a lucky bunch of horses that are free to roam and live as they would naturally in a herd.

The 108 Sun Salutations will be led in sections by a group of local teachers who will lead you through different variations to keep you going. Some easy variations will be taught at the start so that if you get tired you can go back to a nice gentle flow or simply rest out and join in when you are ready. Do as much or as little as you please. You can always bask in the beauty of Grace View and soak up the panic vibes being generated around you. We should finish just in time to sit together for a sunset mediation.

This event is free, all we ask is that at the end you put a donation in the bucket which will go to Zoe's place baby hospice in Middlesbrough.

if You'd like to come simply click going and come along. Please bring your mat, blanket for meditation and wear warm layers you can peel off as we get moving. We'll have a few spare mats if you need one.

TS9 5JE. THIS WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CARAVAN PARK ON INGELBY ROAD, PASS THE CARAVAN PARK ANOTHER 500M AND YOU WILL COME TO GRACE VIEW ON YOUR LEFT HAND SIDE , there will be a sandwich board for Yoga outside so keep going up Ingelby road till you see it!


The security gates will be open for the arrival of the yoga guests

Make your way past the house towards the barn where you will see the car park area.
