Take a day out in nature to slow down, breathe, and give yourself some well-deserved care. This retreat day is all about Ahimsa — the idea of kindness and doing no harm — and how we can bring more of it into our lives, starting with ourselves. Our little space for peace and rest is Westerdale Village hall, it's warm, welcoming & well loved. We are deep in nature which makes it much easier to drop into the yoga vibe on arrival. Your journey here starts the magic of letting go of stress as you come over the moors, its stunning!

We’ll begin the morning with a guided meditation and a dynamic yoga session to wake up the body and ease out any tension. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, with time to notice how you feel and what you need.

After practice, we’ll share a light vegan lunch (and yes — there will be cake!) before heading out for a gentle walk in nature. Fresh air, simple movement, and a bit of quiet time to just be.

In the afternoon, we’ll slow things right down with restorative yoga and yoga nidra, helping you unwind deeply and find a sense of calm and balance.
