Classes are in person at the studio in Guisborough.

Recordings of classes can be emailed to you if you prefer to do the session at a time to suit.

Monday

9.30 am – 10.40 am – Sun Flow Yoga @ My Core Wellbeing 

Join Maria for a gentle uplifting morning flow to get you moving & feeling great. We focus on developing strength to support the body, joint mobility to improve range of motion & balance for both body & mind.

 

Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.

5.45 pm – 7.00 pm – Sun Power Yoga @ My Core Wellbeing

 

Join Maria for a creative flow to give your whole body & mind a makeover. We focus on building heat to flush the body & create stamina, flowing movement to increase range of motion & balance to improve focus & concentration.

All levels, mildly intensive flow, beginners welcome

Tuesday

5.45 pm – 7.15 pm - Ashtanga Vinyasa @My Core Wellbeing

 

Guided Ashtanga Yoga practice with Primary & Intermediate series variations. This is a full 1.5 hour class to ensure you experience all parts of the Ashtanga sandwich! A dynamic class great for building strength, stamina, flexibility & focus. Modifications are taught to make this series accessible to all bodies. 

 

Some prior knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga preferred and general fitness required.

Restore & Relax -  Friday evenings monthly

This session includes a Restorative yoga flow, Meditation & Yoga Nidra to help you relax & unwind ready for the weekend.

A chance to delve deeper into your yoga experience & develop your practice. Receive recording & practice sheets after.
