Monday

9.30am – 10.40am – Sun Flow Yoga @ My Core Wellbeing 

Join Maria for a gentle uplifting morning flow to get you moving & feeling great. We explore strength, mobility & balance to a backdrop of uplifting & inspiring yoga teachings. All welcome, beginners too book

5.45pm – 7.00pm – Sun Power Yoga @ My Core Wellbeing

Join Maria for a creative flow to give your whole body & mind a makeover. Focus on building heat to flush the body & create stamina, flowing movement to increase range of motion & balance to improve concentration. All levels powerful flow, beginners welcome book

Tuesday

9.30am - 10.30am Ashtanga Yoga in Stokesley @Yoga Kismet

 An energising & dynamic style of yoga based on a set series to include sun salutations, standing, seated & finishing postures. The series helps you develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus & can be modified for different bodies, levels of fitness & experience.  All welcome Book

 

Yoga 6.00pm – 7.10pm - Ashtanga in Guisborough @My Core Wellbeing

Guided Ashtanga Yoga practice based on the Primary Series. A strong dynamic class great for building strength, stamina, flexibility & focus. Modifications are taught to make this series accessible to all bodies. Book

Wednesday 

6.00 pm – 7.10 pm –  Yoga @ St Augustines church hall, Kirkby-in-Cleveland with Aimee

Gentle Vinyasa flow. These classes run in blocks & explore threads of yoga philosophy & mindful movement. You can join at any point. Next course starts  (14 ,21 ,28 Sept 5, 12, 19 Oct) £36 all welcome Book

 

Friday 

5.30 pm – 7.00pm  Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga in Stokesley @Kismet Yoga Studio

You will be taught asanas in a set sequence known as the primary series. You will practice the sequence & memorise its parts incrementally so as to progress at your own pace. You will be taught breath, bandha & dristi. This is a self practice within a set structure with individual guidance & hands on assists to guide your experience. Many describe Mysore style classes as a private lesson but with the energy & community of your fellow Yogis. Some knowledge & experience of Ashtanga Yoga & desire to develop a home practice or attend another Ashtanga yoga class in the week.Book
