Join Maria for a gentle uplifting morning flow to get you moving & feeling great. We explore strength, mobility & balance to a backdrop of uplifting & inspiring yoga teachings. All welcome, beginners too book

TUESDAY
5pm – 6pm – Sun Power Yoga @ MyCoreWellbeing
Join Maria for a creative flow to give your whole body & mind a makeover. Focus on building heat to flush the body & create stamina, flowing movement to increase range of motion & balance to improve concentration. All levels powerful flow, beginners welcome book

Yoga 6.15pm – 7.25pm - Ashtanga in Guisborough @MyCoreWellbeing
Guided Ashtanga Yoga practice based on the Primary Series. A strong dynamic class great for building strength, stamina, flexibility & focus. Modifications are taught to make this series accessible to all bodies. Book
FRIDAY
5.30 pm – 7.00pm Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga in Stokesley @KismetYogaStudio
You will be taught asanas in a set sequence known as the primary series. You will practice the sequence & memorise its parts incrementally so as to progress at your own pace. You will be taught breath, bandha & dristi. This is a self practice within a set structure with individual guidance & hands on assists to guide your experience. Many describe Mysore style classes as a private lesson but with the energy & community of your fellow Yogis. Some knowledge & experience of Ashtanga Yoga & desire to develop a home practice or attend another Ashtanga yoga class in the week.Book
